These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kwikclick LLC ("Kwikclick," "we," "us," or "our") website and the Kwikclick Concierge SMS Program described below. By using our website or by opting in to receive text messages through a Client Brand's messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
The Kwikclick Concierge SMS Program is a staffing and operations service provided by Kwikclick to client ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands ("Client Brands"). Each Client Brand maintains its own registered messaging number and its own customer consent records; Kwikclick provides trained concierge representatives who send text messages, on the Client Brand's behalf and using the Client Brand's own number, to that brand's opted-in customers — never to purchased or third-party lists — to deliver marketing offers, discount codes and coupons, flash sale notices, abandoned-cart reminders, and customer-care communications, and to answer customer questions in real time.
Consent to receive text messages is obtained and owned by the Client Brand, at the point the customer signs up (for example, at checkout, through an on-site form, or in-store) and under the Client Brand's own registered messaging program. Kwikclick honors and relies on the consent record provided by the Client Brand, and messages only the phone numbers the Client Brand confirms have opted in. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.
You may receive recurring messages as part of this program. Message frequency varies depending on the Client Brand's campaign schedule and your interactions with the program. Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan.
Text STOP to cancel your subscription to the program at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Text HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
This program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Kwikclick acts as a service provider to Client Brands. Any purchases, offers, discounts, or product commitments referenced in a text message are made by and are the responsibility of the relevant Client Brand, not Kwikclick. Concierge representatives text on behalf of, and within the scope authorized by, the Client Brand.
You agree not to use the program for any unlawful purpose and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the opt-out mechanisms described in these Terms.
The program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwikclick disclaims liability for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers, network outages, or factors outside our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment that mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
